Mehr zu den Start-ups
| Was macht ihr und was unterscheidet euch von euren Wettbewerbern? | cleverwatt helps commercial and industrial companies reduce energy costs through a system wide approach.
The cleverReport goes beyond battery sizing by analysing consumption patterns, efficiency potentials and existing flexibilities. It provides a reliable basis for continuous optimisation instead of one off investment decisions. The cleverEMS applies economically optimised, multi use control across batteries, PV systems and major consumers, independent of manufacturers. All solutions are modular and open, allowing installers, energy consultants and manufacturers to use analysis, consulting or EMS without exclusivity, lock in or mandatory contracts. |

| Wie schätzt ihr den Markt 2026 in eurem Tätigkeitsfeld ein? | In 2026, the C&I battery storage market will continue to accelerate, driven by strong economic incentives and grid constraints.
As savings become clearer, competition among startups and established players will intensify. Differentiation will shift from hardware to system integration and economic optimisation.
At the same time, existing flexibilities that can be unlocked without additional CAPEX will gain attention, as they deliver fast and low risk savings.
Solutions that turn flexibility into reliable business cases will scale. Pure hardware focused or isolated EMS approaches will struggle. |
|---|
| Was sind eure größten Herausforderungen? | Scaling economically optimised control across heterogeneous assets is operationally demanding. Regulatory uncertainty around grid fees, especially §19 Absatz 2 EnFG, limits investment planning and long term commitments. Shift the narrative that the Energiewende is a problem and that German businesses are helpless against high energy costs. With intelligent system design and flexibility use, competitive energy costs are achievable for SMEs and should be communicated as an opportunity. |
|---|
| Welche Wünsche habt ihr an an Politik, Netzbetreiber und andere? | Provide long term regulatory clarity on grid fee models, especially §19 Absatz 2 EnFG, to enable reliable investment decisions. Bring MISPEL into operation and enable batteries and charging infrastructure to feed energy back into the grid without double charging of grid fees. |
