Steffen Keller is Co-Founder of Team EDDA, which combines economic analysis, project delivery and operational optimisation to integrate battery storage into PV and wind projects. He works with operators, investors and energy cooperatives to develop commercially viable storage projects, with a focus on translating sound business cases into practical implementation.

Before founding Team EDDA, Steffen co-founded and built LIVEsciences AG, a consultancy specialising in organisational transformation, change and leadership. Following its acquisition by EY in 2023, he served as Director of Enterprise Transformation, supporting international organisations in implementing complex change programmes. He now applies this entrepreneurial background and experience in strategy execution to the energy transition. At Team EDDA, this means helping stakeholders understand storage opportunities, navigate project complexity and create lasting economic value from renewable energy.
